This Shipping & Return Policy is part of our Terms of Service.

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS? 

We offer shipping at the following rates:


Shipping Method | UPS International

Delivery Time 3-7 days

Shipping Cost 50€

Shipping Method | UPS National (Italy ONLY)

Delivery Time 2-5 days

Shipping Cost 20€

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order.

Please note: for orders containing customized or made-to-order items (ie. custom frames, signed or dedicated items etc.), shipping processing times may vary from 7 to 14 business days.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer worldwide shipping.

Please note: we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

● Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.

● Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday - Friday.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS DAMAGED?

It is specified that it is the customer's responsibility to verify the condition of the package or pallet at the time of its receipt, in addition to noting any damages on the courier's document or handheld device. If there is damage, it must be described specifically, for example, pierced package, dented cardboard, pallet with torn film, noises inside, etc.

Placing a control reservation without a detailed description of the damage will result in the non-acceptance of the claim, thus preventing the replacement of the goods.

The format of the reservation should be as follows:

"CONTROL RESERVATION, FOR… (describe the damage in detail)."

Photos of the packaging, shipping label, and any damaged products should be taken, and they should be sent to us as soon as possible. In the event that the courier does not accept the placement of the reservation in any way, reject the shipment and contact us.

RETURN

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, labels and packaging present.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at info@humi-shop.net to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA

number, place the item securely in its original packaging, then mail your return to the address we will provide via email.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned:

● Custom items

● Made-to-order items

● Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

For defective or damaged products, please accept the package by placing a control reservation on the courier's receipt or handheld device.
